My favorite albums of 2013 ♡

A lot of my favorite bands put out new albums this year! I know the year's not over yet but I thought I'd post about this now anyway.

Forever Halloween by The Main

Forever Halloween is definitely one of my favorite albums by The Maine period. The whole album generally has a sad mood to it but it's still so good. My favorite song on the album is "Happy", the lyrics to the song are actually really sad but they manage to make it up beat.

Legendary by The Summer Set

I love The Summer Set so much, a lot of their songs are more up beat and fun. Legendary was not a let down at all, and I was so excited they were putting out more music after Everything's Fine. My favorite song on the album is "7 Days" just because it was so relevant at that time.

Sempiternal by Bring Me The Horizon

Before Sempiternal came out I hadn't listen to Bring Me The Horizon all that much. In Sempiternal I loved how the album had a softer feel to it and I really enjoyed most of the lyrics in the album. My opinion on the album was that it was really honest and you can tell how personal it was. My favorite song on the album is "Can You Feel My Heart".

Common Courtesy by A Day To Remember

A Day To Remember's been one of my favorite bands and I really liked Common Courtesy. I love their sound and Jeremy's vocals are really different from other bands along with the whole band's sound in general. My favorite song on the album is "The Document Speaks For Itself".

Monsters In The Closet by Mayday Parade

Mayday Parade is my favorite band because I love their lyrics. Most of the band's songs are sad but they're super relatable. Monsters In The Closet isn't my favorite album of their's but I still love it. My favorite song on the album is "12 Through 15".

Dying my hair pink ♡

Over the weekend I dyed my hair pink! it wasn't the first time I dyed it pink and I used the same product both times. I used Manic Panic hair dye in the color Cotton Candy Pink. 

Manic Panic comes in these cute little jars 

I have only ever used Manic Panic in this one color, so I can't exactly tell you how great it works, but this color has worked great for me. I have long hair and it only took me one jar but next time I will remember to use two. One jar covered my hair but some spots were lighter because I couldn't coat it as thick. I only left the cream on for about 35 minutes and then I washed it out. I was super happy with the outcome. At first the color is a little dark but with each wash it gets more cotton candy colored.

Adventure ♡

My friend and I went on an adventure today. We both took pictures in the woods in our town. I love art and today was a perfect day for photos. The leaves and sunlight were really pretty and the air was cool. It's already October 7th, fall's here! It was nice being with a friend and to getting out of my room for a while. Being an introvert gets lonely.
